My experience with Snake 'N' Laterals was excellent.
- When I called their office, a human being answered the phone immediately. The representative was friendly, helpful, and was able to schedule an appointment the next day.
- Austin was not only on time for the appointment, he called to let me knw he could come earlier. He then texted me when he was on his way to my house.
- Austin was polite during the visit. He listened to what I had to say. He thoroughly inspected the plumbing involved.
- Austin thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He did not try and sell me something I did not need.
- Austin was able to fix the problem within an hour. He cleaned up and vacuumed around the area he worked. He went over what he repaired again when he was done.
Overall very professional. I've already decided to hire them to exchange my kitchen sink and faucet for newer updated models.
Fantastic experience with Snakes N Laterals. I called at 8am and spoke with a live person who set up a time, 8-10am, when she could have someone out to clear a clogged sewer line.
Nathaniel showed up at 8:40am. He was polite and very knowledgeable as he explained the issue and process.
He quickly found the problem with their camera and proceeded to use the snake to remove the blockage.
I didn't mention that is was raining pretty good and it didn't phase him at all.
Within 1 1/2 hours of my call, the job was completed. Nathaniel did an excellent job and Snakes N Laterals has earned my business.

Thank goodness I called Snake 'N' Laterals! I was quoted over $15k for some repairs from a local plumbing company that the home warranty company sent out. They claimed it wasn't covered by the home warranty and that there were roots all in the pipes that extended into the street. They claimed they were going to have to dig under the street.
Angel Sr came out and the lines were actually clear and he showed me this with his camera, there were no roots extending into the street! I almost got taken for almost $15k!! And avoided what would have been an extensive fix along with an inconvenience to me and my neighbors while the road would have been torn up.

I called Snakes and Laterals twice in 3 days for two unrelated problems. On both occasions everything was handled promptly, punctually and professionally.
Both Austin and Nathaniel really know what they're doing!
Also, the company's receptionist is helpful and friendly. She kept me updated as to when the plumber was en route.
The rates are reasonable as well.
I will call them again with any further issues.
I highly recommend them!
